It has been over four years now since Holden joined our family. His journey started off bumpy and he's had to overcome some health challenges. But the Little Monkey continues to fight his way to becoming strong and healthy. We are so blessed to have him as our son. He inspires us and melts our hearts every day. Thank you for joining us on this journey. We've appreciated everyone's thoughts and prayers.

Baby Holden Update

Holden had a minor setback today, but is doing okay. Doctors felt he was breathing a little fast, so they increased his nasal cannula back to 1 liter. With the change, he has been breathing comfortably with his oxygen running between 21 (room air) and 24. They've also decided to hold off on his bottles today to let him rest. We'll return to his bottle feedings tomorrow assuming all is well.

Aunt Marianne stopped by for a visit. The little munchkin slept the whole time!!

We practiced Kangaroo Care again today. Holden quickly made himself comfortable on my chest and fell fast asleep. I can't help but to wonder what he is dreaming about!!
